Health Promotion

The following article, though reflecting on the U.S health system, could just have easily been written about the Australian system.

 http://www.wellsphere.com/healthcare-industry-policy-article/america-has-a-sick-care-not-a-health-care-system/740843

However, as outlined in the Preventive Health Taskforce recommendations (previous post), there might be opportunities for health model change. Though, it's very easy to just talk .....

 Stay well,

remain healthy

There might be something here for you.

Check it out and then engage with your G.P about how you might find an exercise physiologist!

Helpful ideas

Healthy mind may also healthy body.
The following link I picked up from Guy Kawasaki. Thought it might provide some inspiration, especially for those with little resource. Interesting stuff indeed.
